How We Share or Disclose Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Data are disclosed only to these processors under a Data-Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR):
- Hosting: Namecheap (Italy/EU).
- Content Delivery & Security: Cloudflare Inc., USA — protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, IP-anonymised, EU data region) — EU–US DPF + SCCs.
- Government authorities and courts only where required by law.
International Transfers
Some data might be processed in the United States. Transfers rely on:
- The EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), or
- European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards.
Your Rights
